End-User License Agreement

Please read this End-User License Agreement carefully before downloading or using Wolfpack PRO.

By purchasing Wolfpack PRO, downloading or using Wolfpack PRO, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the Application.

License

Wolfpack PRO grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Wolfpack PRO indicator solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. We reserve the right to revoke your limited license for any reason, including for behaviour which may be damaging to our community.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

1. a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit Wolfpack PRO or make the Wolfpack PRO available to any third party.
2. b) edit the source code of the Wolfpack PRO application

Modifications to Application

Wolfpack PRO reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Wolfpack PRO or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Wolfpack PRO

Wolfpack PRO may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Wolfpack PRO, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting Wolfpack PRO and all copies thereof from your mobile device, desktop, and/or other computer systems.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of Wolfpack PRO and delete all copies of Wolfpack PRO from your mobile device or from your desktop.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

 

Liability

Wolfpack PRO is not responsible for any losses you may incur or damage that may happen to your person or account while using Wolfpack PRO software. Trading involves real financial risk. There is always the potential of loss when investing/trading in any financial asset. Wolfpack PRO is not liable for any potential financial losses incurred from (including but not limited to) the Wolfpack PRO indicator, the Wolfpack PRO Discord Channel and its members. By purchasing Wolfpack PRO, you fully understand and accept these risks. Wolfpack PRO does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.

 

Amendments to this Agreement

Wolfpack PRO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.
