However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. All returns must be requested within 3 days of the purchase date.


To return an item, please email customer service at to request a refund within 3 days of purchase.


After receiving your return request, refunds will only be accepted if initiated within 3 days of purchase, and if not performed more than once per customer on subscriptions. This is due to the subscription format of our product. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  • Monthly subscription items are logged under your email account and contribute towards lifetime subscription, after 3 days have passed from purchase they are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. We will be as generous as possible with requests. Thank you for understanding.
